Yes, we provide pet sitting services not only cats but also for small animals like rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, and more. We ensure that all of your pets are provided for and well-cared for.

We serve the central Berkshire County area of Massachusetts. Including, but not limited to: Lee, Lenox, Lenox Dale, Stockbridge, and the surrounding areas.

We provide pet sitting that is done in the comfort of your home. This service includes: feeding, watering, medications, playtime/light exercise, cuddle sessions, litter box maintenance, and light clean-ups. I can include some basic home security measures such as bringing in the mail, opening/closing blinds, turning on/off lights, etc. at your request. You can rest assured that your pets will be well-cared for while you are away.

All new clients must complete the required forms and schedule an informal meet-and-greet visit prior to scheduling any services.

Once you have done that, you are now an established client and can schedule services by texting, e-mailing, or calling. As an added safety measure, I ask that you always wait for a response and confirmation from me before leaving your pets unattended and alone.

I will ALWAYS confirm and acknowledge your request and send a formal confirmation/invoice to verify the requested visit(s).

At this point, I am only accepting cash payments. Payment is due on the first scheduled visit of each scheduled service period. There are no refunds or last minute cancellations or early returns including last minute changes in plans once your service has been scheduled.

Please remember that all visits are scheduled by TIME FRAMES and NOT by actual times. This is due to the unpredictable nature of my visits and travel times.

At this time, I am only offering in-home pet visits no overnight stays. My services are designed to ensure that your pets are cared for and comfortable in their own environment.

I am experienced in handling pets with special needs. This includes administering medications of all kinds. Please be sure to let me know of your pet's needs when we do the meet-and-greet and create your personalized care plan. If there should be any changes, it will be up to you to update the paperwork. I always use your care plan when providing services, so please be sure to review and keep it updated regularly. All changes must be IN WRITING and part of your record.

NOTE: Kat's Cat Care is not responsible for any missed doses especially with shy/nervous or timid pets! Nor am I responsible for changes that I am not unaware of.
